You should come at night! The atmosphere and the view are great. You can also see Kyoto Tower, so you can feel the Kyoto-like atmosphere. I would like to come again.
Located on the 10th floor in front of Kyoto Station, it is very close to the station and has excellent accessibility. You can also see the shining Kyoto Tower at night.
It is an Italian restaurant and the pizza seems to be popular. It was excellent. The waiters were friendly and we had a great time.
I wanted to dine while looking at the Kyoto Tower, so I found this place and made a reservation. The atmosphere was lively and the food tasted great.

Kaiseki and Yuba Cuisine Matsuzankaku is located on the 11th floor of the JR Kyoto Isetan branch.
This kaiseki restaurant has a luxurious atmosphere.
For dinner, Kyoto kaiseki and matsutake mushroom dishes are available and can be ordered as an omakase.
The windows offer a panoramic view of Kyoto Tower and Kyoto.

The night view is great. The location with a view of Kyoto Tower was great.
The restaurant is a high-class restaurant famous for its fresh yuba dishes, hamo and yuba.
It is located on the 11th floor of Isetan, in the restaurant area, and has a nice view of Kyoto cuisine. It is a restaurant where you can eat yuba cuisine, and the yuba tub, pike conger, sweetfish, and mountain peaches were the best.
We had dinner while watching the Kyoto Tower lit up. We enjoyed Yuba Oke-Zen.
We had a full course meal for 11,000 yen. No complaints about the view and taste. Elegant atmosphere.

3. French Dining Top Kyoto

○Features

French Dining Top Kyoto is a 7-minute walk from Kyoto Station.
Reopened in September 2016, it is the only revolving observation restaurant in Kyoto with tradition and prestige.
The top floor offers a 360-degree view of the city and nightscape of the ancient capital.
The restaurant is decorated with karakami artwork on the theme of the four seasons, created by karakami artist Akihiko Toto, creating a more elegant atmosphere in which to enjoy French cuisine and creative art.

The night view and candles create a fantastic atmosphere. You can enjoy eating while feeling the thought that went into the course meal. You can enjoy the view of Horikawa Street, Shinkansen bullet train, and other scenery of Kyoto.
I had a full stomach and a hearty time. The main course of sweet sea bream and aged meat was especially good.
It is the only restaurant in Kyoto that rotates, and it seems to take about two hours to rotate slowly. I liked the exciting view of Kyoto Tower.
It was delicious and authentic, classic French.
It is a revolving observation restaurant on the top floor of Rihga Royal Hotel and had a nice view in the evening. We never got tired of enjoying the various views of Kyoto Tower, Toji Temple, etc.

4. Kyoto's night view restaurant 4.Sofuku

Sofuku opened in 2015.
Famous as a steak restaurant, you can enjoy teppanyaki steaks in a stylish Japanese modern space.
The Kuroge Wagyu beef steak is truly exquisite.
The chef, trained at Hotel Okura, will serve you a gem of a dish.
Upon entering the restaurant, the view is spectacular, as the space is spacious and the windows are made of glass.
Semi-private rooms are also available so you can fully enjoy dinner with your loved ones.
