It is a popular sightseeing spot in Kyoto, but some people may think, \"After visiting the shrine, let's go to Kinkakuji or Kiyomizu-dera Temple,\" or \"There doesn't seem to be any other sightseeing spot nearby, so why take the time to go all the way there...\"?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In fact, however, there are many temples in the vicinity of Kitano-Tenmangu Shrine where you can enjoy the Kyoto-like atmosphere and stores where you can eat delicious Japanese sweets! Camellia trees are planted on both sides of the approach to the temple, and bright spring colors such as red, white, and peach adorn the grounds. It is a cozy store in the style of a machi caf\u00e9, where you can purchase take-outs from the window facing the street or sit at the counter inside the store and enjoy dorayaki at your leisure. (As of March 21, 2022, only take-out is available.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The dorayaki sold at the store has an elegant taste with a moist and fluffy dough sandwiched between gently sweet red bean paste. The red bean paste is made from grains of red bean paste, and the sweetness of the sugar soaks into the core of the large azuki beans. With its simple taste, you can easily eat two or three pieces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also, check out the seasonal dorayaki.
