This is my second visit. We used to be at the counter, but in the summer we enjoyed the kawadoko (riverbed) along the Kamo River. It was quaint and nice.
The sommelier's wine selections are never off the mark. As the name suggests, it is a wonderful wine dining restaurant. The Tottori black wagyu beef filet steak was excellent.
We had the Carpaccio of Black Wagyu Beef Loin, the Hamo Escabeche and a colorful salad of seasonal vegetables. It was a delicious course and I enjoyed every bit of it.
I enjoyed a course meal with my significant other. We were very satisfied with the food and wine for roughly 32,000 yen including drinks.
From the cold soup appetizer to the vegetables and main course, every dish was delicious and the location was great.
You can enjoy delicious French cuisine and wine in a quaint building along the Kamo River. I would like to try the butternut potage and the famous bisque soup (Western-style steamed egg custard) again.
