Kyoto Station Bldg.
First, we recommend the illumination that is being held around the central ticket gate of JR Kyoto Station.
After exiting the ticket gates, take the escalator to admire the illumination on the grand staircase.
In addition to the "Tête & Scala," which is lit year-round, you can also see "Luxury Christmas," which is only available during the Christmas period.
You can look up from just below the grand staircase, or you can take in the entire view from the other side.
From the "Ozora Plaza" on the roof of the Kyoto Station Building, you can see the night view of Kyoto all around you.
The city bus terminal, located just outside the central ticket gate, is also illuminated for Christmas.
The slow change of light colors from red to blue and from blue to green is very fantastic.

Kyocera Headquarters
The front yard of Kyocera's headquarters building in Fushimi Ward, Kyoto, also holds an annual Christmas illumination.
To get there, take a train at Kintetsu Kyoto Station, get off at Fushimi Station, and walk about 20 minutes. It is a bit of a long walk, so be sure to bring warm clothing.
Approximately 190,000 LEDs are used, and each zelkova tree is surrounded by blue-white lighting, making visitors feel as if they have entered a picture book world.
In some places, it glows green and yellow, and you can't help but stop to admire the beautiful world.
