■What is the synopsis of Detective Conan: Red's School Trip Arc?

The Detective Conan Red School Trip Arc was broadcast in volumes 94 and 95 in the manga and as the 1000th episode anniversary story in the anime, and has been praised as a divine episode.
This is a particularly popular story that was planned as a one-hour special at the time of its broadcast (January 5 and January 12, 2019).
In this story, Conan-kun returned to his Shinichi form and played an active role, and there was progress in the love between Shinichi and Ran.
It is also a story that caused quite a stir because of the kissing scene that does and does not appear in the film.

Let's begin with a look at the synopsis of the Detective Conan: Red School Trip Arc.

Synopsis released from the official website

Conan temporarily returns in the form of Shinichi Kudo and goes on a school trip to Kyoto with Ran and his friends. Shinichi is asked to decipher a code by an actress, Keiko Kurachi, who is a friend of Yukiko. At night, Shinichi and his friends visit Keiko's room, where they find people involved in the movie "Red Shura Tengu".

The actor, director, Agata, and scriptwriter were Keiko's college classmates. Shinichi takes custody of the code delivered to Nishiki and leaves Keiko and the others... Later, a murder occurs. At the scene, there were marks left by a tengu that had attacked him...

○Explain in a little more detail

The broadcast was aired in two parts, "Beni no Shugaku Ryoko: Senko-hen" and "Beni no Shugaku Ryoko: Koi-ko-hen," in which Conan-kun reverts to his original form, Shinichi, and goes on a school trip in Kyoto.
The first stage is Kiyomizu-dera Temple.
Ran is embarrassed and says, "Impossible, give me a break! but Sonoko half-assedly takes a picture with Shinichi with Kiyomizu-dera Temple in the background.

Conan-kun was able to safely come to the school trip as his original form, Shinichi...
Are you really Shinichi Kudo?" and Sera keeps doubting me.
Then, they ran into an actress Keiko at Kiyomizu-dera Temple, and Shinichi and his friends went to visit Keiko in her room.

However, it turns into an incident when Nishiki, who appears in the work, is murdered there. At such an important moment, Shinichi is in a hurry to return to his room because the effects of the medicine have worn off.

With Hattori's help, he manages to escape his predicament and once again returns to his Shinichi form in the morning.
Then he joins Ran for breakfast and the story becomes "Red Shura Tengu".
After that, the school trip became a free activity, and in Pontocho, they met "Ooka Momiji," who also appears in that movie, and there were many tengu...and so on...more incidents followed.

Even as they solve such cases, there is a development in the love between Shinichi and Ran.
Ran, who was confessed by Shinichi in London in the past, had not been able to respond, but she will make great progress in this Beni's school trip chapter♪

The film shows Ran and Shinichi enjoying their school trip, with Kiyomizu-dera Temple in the background.
The Kiyomizu-no-Butai (stage of Kiyomizu) where he met the actress Keiko is a famous place of pilgrimage to the Holy Land. If you walk past the stage of Kiyomizu in this main hall and proceed to the back of the building, you will find a place where you can see the entire main hall.
This is probably the spot where Sonoko was taking her picture.
The bright red autumn leaves were beautifully depicted in the film, and in fact, the autumn foliage of Kiyomizu-dera Temple is a well-known landmark.

Yasaka Shrine, which Lan and her friends visited on their school excursion, is famous for matchmaking and beauty.
I believe there was a scene where Sera was washing her face at the Biyomizensha Shrine, which is located on the grounds of Yasaka Shrine. This water is not just any water, but a place known as beauty water. Originally, it is said that putting two or three drops on your face would bring you beauty benefits, but Sera was washing her face....

Keiko and her friends go to Kyuzan, a ryotei restaurant in Pontocho, to tell the police about the Deguri case.
Heiji tells Shinichi that he and the police are going to that store and invites Ran and the others to join them. Soon after, a commotion occurs on Kiyamachi-dori where many men wearing tengu masks appear.
In such a scene, Ooka Momiji from Kyoto Senshin High School, whom we met in front of the store, makes an appearance.
Ooka Momiji tells us about Inuyarai, and in this scene here, Ran asks about Okita Soji in the kendo club, which makes Shinichi upset, wondering what he is doing.

○Detailed explanation of "Pontocho".

Ponto-cho in Kyoto is a hanamachi (flower street) between Kiyamachi-dori and the Kamo River, a small street running 500 meters north to south. Ponto-cho is lined with tasteful streets with ryotei (traditional Japanese restaurants), traditional stores, and training halls for maiko (apprentice geisha).
Originally, it was derived from the Portuguese words "ponta (ahead)," "ponte (bridge)," and "ponto (point)" because a Portuguese church was located nearby during the period when Nobunaga Oda was active in Japan, or from the sound of a pon, which is compared to a drum that is sandwiched between the skins of the Kamo and Takase rivers. There are various theories.
Recently, fashionable restaurants renovated from traditional buildings have begun to appear, making the area more accessible to young people.

Yogenin is a temple of the Jodo Shinshu Engeiin School, located in Sanjusangendo Mari-machi, Higashiyama-ku, Kyoto.
It was built by Yododono, the eldest daughter of Nagamasa Asai, a warlord who was ordered to commit suicide by the order of Hideyoshi Toyotomi, in order to make a memorial service for him.
From there, it was destroyed by fire due to lightning, but was rebuilt in Genna 7 by Tokugawa Hidetada's three daughters, and has remained to the present day. In 2008, the main hall, gomado, central gate, bell tower, etc. were designated as National Important Cultural Properties of Japan.
Yogenin is famous for its blood ceiling, which also appears in Conan. The bloody ceiling is a symbol of mourning for the Tokugawa soldiers who committed suicide in the corridors of Fushimi Castle when the Battle of Fushimi Castle, a prelude to the Battle of Sekigahara, broke out in 1600, by raising the corridors stained with the blood of those who committed suicide in the corridors of the castle.
